Gasification is on of the methods used to obtain synthetic gas that can be used as biofuel from biomass. Studies have shown that through densification of palm kernel shell, many advantages can be achieved such as consistent or steady state combustion. The aim of this project was to study the mechanical and gasification behavior of pelletised palm kernel shell which has been incorporated with the catalyst Zeolite.
