Due to the high energy demand, the global warming problem and the increased in fuel prices, alternative energy should be found and used. An alternative method to cook is to use solar energy rather than fuel, coal or electricity. This project is about designing and building of an indirect solar cooker using thermal energy storafe system. After several literature reviews, the different components were chosen.
