The main investigation of this paper was to study the mechanical properties of foamed materials based on hyperelastic gels incorporating with soy protein and stabilizing agent - aglupectin. The mechanical proeperties being introduced in this paper were affecting loads, fracture stress, and fracture strains in compression.
