This thesis is a regarding the design, modelling, fabrication and testing of an off-site solar cooker. Firstly, journal review had been done in order to discover all the availbale solar cookers that are available in the market. An offer-site solar cooker with thermal storage battery and off-site thermal energy utilization system had been design. This solar cooker has three major compartment, solar energy collector and receiver, thermal energy storage system, and third is the thermal energy utilization system.
