The purpose of this project is to design talk collecting and separating system for mechanical pepper harvester. Most of the pepper plantations cultivated traditional harvesting method where the stalks are hand-picked during harvesting season. In some countries, the farmers are facing severe labor shortage. These constraints have limited the productions of peppers to the market.
