Abstract

Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) demonstrates feasible power generation and wide application ranges. Many researches have been conducted to SOFC and mostly steady-state or lumped assumptions parameter. However, in reality, these variables change according to the system response. This thesis described the objective of this project which was to develop a computer model for simulating the transient operation of tubular solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) and observed the response of the fuel cell system towards different variable.
