Abstract

The principal of this dissertation is to generate computational fluid dynamic codes in MATLAB to solve the incompressible Navier - Stokes equations (continuity, momentum, turbulent and thermal energy) for a two dimensional steady axisymmetric pipe flow with sudden enlargement. This allow users to attain a general prediction of the flow properties of heat, mass and momentum transfer in a turbulent flow regime.
