The aim of the project is to enhance the CFD codes based on first principles. These codes are used to simulate the fluid flow in a simple geometry and written it in MATLAB. A fluid problem of a two dimensional (plane or axisymmetrical) turbulent recirculating flows through pipe step (sudden pipe enlargement) is studied here.
