Abstract

Corrosion which affects the performance of the pipeline network system is one of the serious challenges faced by oil and gas industries. Corrosion is the deterioration of a metal due to chemical or electrochemical reaction with it senvironment. This project focuses on developing a simulation model to predict the effects of corrosion on the performance of natural gas transmission pipeline network system (TPNS).
