CSM student Windows - Account Unlock / Password Reset

CSM Username:   

Once reseted/unlocked remotely, you will be able to login to CSM ICT Services (eg: Moodle, Staff Portal, etc).

This works if:

• Your password is expired.
• Your account is locked out. (usually after 5 attempts of wrong password)

And it don't work if:

• Your account is disabled.
• Your account is set to expire before today.
• No E-mail is associated with your CSM account.
• Your account is under ICT OU.
